September Member Meeting

This training session will discuss the 2026 FMCSA Program Update with an emphasis on Qualification of Drivers. Participants will be able to correctly process a complete Driver Qualification (DQ) file under 49 CFR Part 391 and current FMCSA requirements—verifying all required documents (application, MVR, road test or equivalent, medical certification status via MVR as applicable, and related records), confirming English Language Proficiency and non-domiciled eligibility where relevant, and identifying any missing or non-compliant items.

• MOTUS Program Update
• English Language Proficiency (ELP) and how it relates to Driver Qualification
• Driver Qualification File Process and Maintenance of Docuyments
