Chris and his co-presenters will share key principles and practical applications of Human and Organizational Performance (HOP). Focusing on ‘4 Principles of HOP,’ Chris and colleagues outline in practical terms: ‘Why HOP Matters to Safety and Business,’ ‘Systems Thinking,’ ‘Black Line/Blue Line Role Play,’ and ‘Humble Inquiry.’

John Wilkes:
John is a graduate of Purdue University and previously worked at MedImmune/AstraZeneca. He is currently the Director of Organizational Resilience at Novavax in Maryland. John is a deep subject matter expert in Human and Organizational Performance.
