Psychosocial Safety and Health at Work

During this presentation, Ken and Kahlilah will provide practical guidelines for managing psychosocial risk factors and promoting well-being in the workplace.

Psychosocial risk factors are aspects of workers and their work environment that may affect an employee’s response to their work, including a heavy work load or tight deadlines. In addition to leading to stress, these risk factors can also lead to stress-related changes in the body including musculoskeletal problems. It can also lead to behavioral changes, like skipping lunch and breaks to meet deadlines.
Ken and Kahlililah will help identify and control these physical and psychosocial factors to achieve the greatest benefit.
